Victoria began a 1-0 lead at 2:39 of the first period. The Condors evened the score with 6:43 gone by in the first period. The Condors scored early in the second period to take a 2-1 lead. Calder made it 3-1 with a backhand goal with 3:43 left in the middle frame. Victoria scored their second goal of the game just 2:25 into the third period to the cut the Condors lead to 3-2.
